Important Notice: Name Mismatch and Disbursement Follow-up for Past Batches

Over the past few months, several applicants have reached out to inform us that they recently discovered their names appeared on previous Disbursement Lists but were unable to access their scholarship disbursement due to name mismatches or account inconsistencies at the time.
At the College Relief Fund, we understand how important every opportunity is—especially when it comes to financial support for your education. However, as clearly communicated in previous announcements, every disbursement cycle has a timeline for applicants to resolve any issues related to names, banking information, or documentation.
Why Access May No Longer Be Possible
For accountability, compliance, and transparency reasons, every batch of disbursement must be completed within a defined period. If issues are not rectified within this period, funds are returned to the system and cannot be reprocessed for disbursement under that batch.
This policy ensures:
Timely auditing and closure of each cycle
Minimal risk of fraud or mistaken disbursements
Accurate reporting to our sponsors and partners
Good News: A Fresh Opportunity
Even though access to past disbursements is no longer possible, we do not want to see deserving students permanently miss out due to avoidable issues.
We are making special arrangements to consider affected individuals in the upcoming batch (2025 Batch B), provided the issues have now been resolved.
If you were selected in a previous batch but couldn’t receive your scholarship due to name mismatch or similar issues, and you’ve now corrected them, we want to hear from you.
Submit Your Corrected Information for Consideration
To ensure you are reconsidered in the next batch, please fill out the form below with your details.

This notice is a bittersweet but necessary read. While it’s heartbreaking to know some students missed their disbursement due to simple errors, the policy for accountability is completely understandable. However, offering a dedicated pathway for reconsideration in the next batch is a truly commendable and student-friendly gesture. It shows that CRF is not just an administrator but a partner that genuinely cares about ensuring support reaches deserving students
