This form is for applicants who were previously shortlisted in a past College Relief Fund (CRF) batch but were unable to receive their scholarship disbursement due to name mismatches or other inconsistencies with their banking or application details.
As announced, while disbursements from previous batches are now closed, we are offering a special opportunity for affected individuals who have corrected those issues to be considered in the next batch.
Submissions will be reviewed individually, and consideration will be given based on the corrected status and supporting details provided.
