Update on Feedback/Complaints (2024 Batch A)
After the just concluded Aptitude Test for the 2024 Batch A, we opened the Feedback and Complaint portal.
We appreciate your input and criticisms following the Aptitude Test; they will undoubtedly help us to enhance the efficacy of our scholarship application, screening, and payout procedures.
We are investigating all complaints submitted regarding the recently completed Aptitude Test as part of the College Relief Fund Scholarship Program’s commitment to a transparent, free, and fair selection process.
It was decided that every applicant who received a zero should retake the test again. We want to believe a genuine browser or network issue might have caused the poor scores.
For qualifying applicants, a link for repeating the test will be available on their Dashboard starting today for some, and ending on Monday, May 27th 2024. You are adviced to check your dashboard regularly if you may qualifiy under this category.
It should be noted that there will be no countdown on your dashboard.
All other applicants’ concerns are being handled individually following an extensive re-evaluation of the test portal records, which included:
- Questions and answers attempted
- Categories attempted
- When a candidate exited the test portal;
- Breaks in the action on the screen;
- Click tracking;
- Ambient audio; and
- Paying close attention to the instructions given.
Candidates who had marks deducted for misconduct will not be considered for further review once the malpractice algorithm is verified.
Candidates who skipped whole categories will also be disqualified from further consideration after verification of such activities.
A few applicants’ concerns were judged to be credible and have been evaluated in line with the suggestions of our test committee.
Similarly, we have authorized retakes for a few significant concerns that we have examined and determined require a retake.
Candidates with reviewed test scores can now see their new scores. More reviews will be in progress until the final reviewed scores which will be available on Wednesday, May 29th 2023.
However, it is important to note that there is no fixed cut-off point for the test for this Batch. However, test scores will still be used in the final decision. This is to state that we are prioritizing need-based scholarship disbursement and will continue with the monthly Mini-Scholarship Lists beyond the current batch payout.

I just really hope i qualify this time around
My network was fluctuating
Answering all the questions i tried submitting but it showed error.
It reloaded again but i had barely 40 seconds left
I didn’t see a link to retake my test in my dashboard… what can I do
I couldn’t take the test because my phone got spoilt would there be another chance for me to retake the test?
I wasn’t feeling well that day but I tried to take the test for the available test but it wasn’t going through… Am so sad I was unable to take the test
