CRF 2023 Batch ‘A’ Scholarship Supplementary List

Please CRF, I humbly appeal to know, for those who end up not qualifying despite fulfilling the necessary requirements which includes provision of the true requested data/documents, adhering to the test rules or procedures, scoring upto the cutoff mark etc.
What could be the demerit that caused them to be non-selected.
Because I’ve enrolled previously, duely followed the procedure but still didn’t qualify.
