2026 Batch A CRF Scholarship Shortlist

We are delighted to officially announce the 2026 Batch A College Relief Fund (CRF) Scholarship Shortlist.

First, we would like to sincerely apologize for the delay in publishing this batch’s shortlist. We understand that many applicants have been eagerly awaiting this announcement, and we truly appreciate the patience, understanding, and continued confidence you have shown throughout the review process.

This year’s application cycle involved one of the most comprehensive evaluations we have conducted to date. Thousands of applications were reviewed through multiple stages, including eligibility screening, document verification, aptitude testing, financial need assessment, and extensive quality assurance checks. While these additional verification measures extended our timeline, they were necessary to preserve the fairness, transparency, and integrity of the scholarship selection process.

Today, we are proud to introduce the outstanding students selected as 2026 Batch A CRF Scholars. These scholars distinguished themselves through a combination of academic promise, demonstrated financial need, and strong overall performance throughout the selection process.

• Minimum shortlisted score: 60%
• Average shortlisted score: 79%
• 61% of shortlisted candidates scored 86% or above
• 14% achieved scores of 95% and above

These results demonstrate the high level of competition among applicants this year.

✅ Verified Financial Need

Our scholarship continues to prioritize students facing genuine financial challenges.

Among the shortlisted scholars:

• 69% come from households with a combined monthly income below ₦100,000
• 24% are self-sponsored, orphaned, or supported by a single parent or guardian
• 31% are the first members of their families to attend a tertiary institution

✅ Institution Category

This year’s scholars represent institutions across Nigeria:

• 59% from Universities
• 26% from Polytechnics and Monotechnics
• 15% from Colleges of Education

✅ Academic Level Distribution

The scholarship supports students at various stages of their academic journey:

• 36% are in 100 Level or ND I
• 42% are in 200–300 Level or ND II
• 22% are final-year students

This balanced distribution ensures support reaches students when financial assistance can make the greatest impact.

• Log into your CRF Dashboard immediately.
• Confirm your scholarship acceptance.
• Carefully read every instruction sent to your registered email address.
• Remember to check your Spam, Promotions, and Updates folders if you cannot find our email.

Failure to complete the required steps within the specified period may affect your scholarship processing.

📋 Supplementary Shortlist

As with previous scholarship cycles, a Supplementary Shortlist will be released within the next two weeks.

This list will primarily accommodate applicants whose issues have now been resolved, including:

• Corrected bank account information
• Successfully resolved name mismatches
• Outstanding document verification issues
• Other administrative corrections completed after the initial selection

Applicants affected will receive direct communication where necessary.
