User Update & Delete Process
As a scholarship program targeting Higher Institutions of learning across Africa, and Nigeria in particular, we are aware that students may need to update their details from time to time, and that they will also graduate and no longer be eligible for the program.
As such, we have created this platform for students to update some of their details, which include Name, Phone Number, Email and passwords.
Why Update Your Details?
As we gear up for another exciting round of the College Relief Fund scholarship program, we’re thrilled to offer you the opportunity to fine-tune your application details.
We’ve noticed that accurate information plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth verification process and maximizing your chances of success. Therefore, we encourage you to take a moment to review and update your records with the latest and most precise information.
Over time, we have observed that incorrect or incomplete information has caused some applicants to miss out on the scholarship. Mismatches in names on the portal, school documents, or bank details have led to verification challenges, resulting in missed opportunities and data rebates. Updating your information will help us verify your details more accurately and avoid any discrepancies that may hinder your application process.
Attention Graduating Students:
For those who have completed their studies and are no longer eligible for the College Relief Fund program, we’ve added an option for account deletion on our website. If you’re sure you won’t apply again and wish to tidy up your records, feel free to delete your account.
Please note, existing beneficiaries won’t be able to delete their accounts for record-keeping purposes. Deleting an account should only be done if you’ve graduated and won’t reapply. Creating a new account with the same details will not be allowed.
