We appreciate your patience and commitment throughout this process, and we’d like to provide key information about the Pre-Selection phase, the Reserve List, and the next steps in your scholarship journey.
🔹 Understanding the Pre-Selection Process
The Pre-Selection Stage is one of the most critical milestones in your CRF scholarship journey.
During this phase, applications undergo a comprehensive review to identify the most qualified and deserving candidates based on need, academic performance, and consistency of details submitted during enrollment.
📩 Notification for Pre-Selected Applicants
If your application has been Pre-Selected, you will receive an official email notification sent to the email address or a text message linked to your CRF account.
🔔 Important: Many applicants miss crucial updates because they ignore or fail to check their email regularly. Please ensure that you open and engage with all emails from College Relief Fund (CRF) — including newsletters, status updates, and verification requests — so you don’t miss any vital communication.
In addition to email notifications, your CRF Dashboard will also reflect your current application status.
If you are Pre-Selected, you’ll be required to complete the Enlistment Process, which includes Document Verification and registration for the Aptitude Test. Acting promptly will help ensure a smooth transition into the next stage.
🔹 The Reserve List Explained
If your dashboard shows that you have been placed on the Reserve List, don’t lose hope — this is not a rejection.
Being on the Reserve List means your application demonstrated potential but is undergoing additional review by our selection committee. Some applicants from the Reserve List may still be moved into the Pre-Selected category as opportunities become available.

Stay engaged: Check your dashboard daily for updates.
Refresh your dashboard: Use a different browser or clear your cache to ensure you see the most recent updates.
Be prepared: Review your documents and details so you can act immediately if your status changes.
⏳ Note: If any Pre-Selected candidates fail to complete their enlistment process within 72 hours, available slots will automatically be filled from the Reserve List.
So, if you’re on the Reserve List, stay alert — your opportunity could open up at any moment.

Just check your dashboard, scroll to the bottom of the screen, u will notice, but I selected my date for the test, but I just couldn’t upload my ID I don’t know why they didn’t let me do that, I saw the space to send the screenshot of my ID but I tapped it, but nothing happened multiple times
First before you upload your file, you must have been pre-selected.
First, Go to the preselected bar/icon, click on it, it will flip over and you will see enlist at the flip side, just click on the enlist and that page will take to other instructions. Hope this helps

Please how can I upload my School ID card, I was selected for the aptitude test, I filled in some information, but on the space left to place the picture of my school ID card, I tapped it multiple times, but nothing happen soon I just selected my preferred date for the test and continue I didn’t submit my ID, I hope there’s no problem with that?

I am so glad to have checked my dashboard today and noticed I had been pre-selected. I have been able to upload my documents and was slated to take the Aptitude test on Wednesday 08, May, 2024.

Concerning the practice test, mine is not opening. When I try taking it it instructs me to log in after doing that when I go to take it it does the same thing.
