In our continued pursuit of transparency, fairness, and constant improvement, we are pleased to announce the official opening of the Feedback/Complaints Portal for 2025 Batch B applicants!
If you took part in the recently concluded CRF Aptitude Test, we want to hear from you.
Whether your experience was smooth, challenging, or somewhere in between — your voice matters.
🔎 A Look at the 2025 Batch B Aptitude Test
Between 10th – 14th November, 2025, thousands of bright and driven students from across Nigeria participated in the CRF Aptitude Test — showcasing resilience, intelligence, and a commitment to academic excellence.
We witnessed tremendous participation across phones, laptops, and tablets — and are truly inspired by the effort you all put in.
For most, the process was seamless. However, we also understand that a few applicants may have experienced challenges. This is your opportunity to raise any such concerns officially.
⚠️ Common Challenges Faced
While our systems performed optimally for the vast majority of applicants, a few reported issues including:
📶 Unstable internet connections causing session timeouts or loading delays
🖥️ Test pages freezing or failing to load properly
📱 Browser or device compatibility issues
📤 Submission issues leading to dashboard errors
Our support team worked around the clock to resolve these problems, and we thank everyone who reached out promptly. But if you still feel your case deserves another look — we want to hear it.
🗣️ Why You Should Submit Feedback
Your feedback is not just a formality — it’s a critical part of improving the experience for you and future applicants.
Here’s what you can do through the Feedback/Complaints Portal:
✅ Report unresolved test issues
✅ Flag scoring concerns or discrepancies
✅ Provide suggestions to improve future Aptitude Tests
✅ Track your submission status via your Dashboard or the Aptitude Test Zone
📝 What We’ll Prioritize
To ensure a fair and efficient review process:
Focus on specific and verifiable issues, such as inability to submit, scoring mismatches, or disruptions due to technical faults.
We will give priority to cases where a resolution could significantly affect test results — especially if the outcome may alter eligibility status (e.g., a test score change of 10% or more).
⏳ Deadline: Submit Before 26th November, 2025
The portal will remain open until 11:59 PM on Wednesday 26th November 2025.
After that date, no new feedback or complaints will be accepted, so we encourage you to act quickly if you have any concerns.

I missed my Test due to my health issue, I’m calling for the make-up Test for me please

Some of the questions in the test was not necessary, for instance as a science student being ask about Novel Author, Laws and constitution and some literature question which I had no ideas about those stuffs.
I suggest that the test should be categorized on the basis of one’s field of study and not uniform questions for all because it might favour one and not the other.
Please the committee should also help increase the time to at least 30mins
Answering 40 questions in just 20mins was not too encouraging most especially the quantitative aspect of which requires logical reasoning which is usually time consuming.

Pls on taking the test I was in school and I didn’t know the network was going to be slow that day.
When I clicked submit for some certain questions it took sometime before they actually submitted and went to the next question.
I finished because I had to just pick random answers due to time shortage.
It’s was a smooth experience

Good evening management of CRF.this is my third attempt in CRF aptitude test,in every batch I had never scored below 50%, but I have not even been rewarded with data rebate et alone to be considered on any supplementry list.even this previous one was my lowest least scored at 58% CRF management pls review my complaint pls thank you for your transparency programme
Thanks CRF TEAM for this opportunity, here is my view, provided that everyone was given fair testing session, I believe that some genuinely and desperately needs this scholarship even though they score less in the test. I know it’s a means to prove ourselves that we should be given this but please like I’ve once read that, the selection will base on how serious the candidate needs the scholarship, please I don’t know how, but some of us desperately need this🙏🙏🙏

I want to sincerely appreciate the CRF management for the privilege to participate in this scholarship batch.
I wanted to understand something, I’ve seen test score and scored at 63% but I’m yet to receive any updates as regards what next.
I’ve been checking my dashboard consistently to not miss out on any information but I haven’t received any information or mail and I’m panicked.
Thank you crf for the opportunity so far.
But today is the the day of disbursement, and I haven’t received any messages since on the 7th.
Does that mean I didn’t qualify?
And I did everything that was required.
