CRF 2022 Batch “A” Scholarship Awardees

With great pleasure, we announce the 4th batch (2022 A) of the College Relief Fund Scholarship awardees since its inception in 2020 (excluding Mini-Lists).

In line with our ultimate vision, the scholarships followed a need-based-first approach to identifying candidates. There was no guaranteed cut-off mark for the aptitude test for this batch.

Some significant statistics to note include:
a. 89% of awardees are from public institutions of learning.
b. 57% are from universities.
c. 45% are female students.
c. 91% scored at least 50% in the Aptitude Test.

The College Relief Fund Scholarship does NOT take into account the tribe, state/region, or religion of participants.

Apart from the need-based-first approach, characteristics such as gender, sessions in school and socioeconomic status are graded and factored in for consideration and verification.

All information provided by Tentatively Selected candidates were also further scrutinized against real-life data. This includes school fees (as provided by applicants against actual fees payable in the student’s school), average monthly expenses, average accommodation costs and other relevant information.

We wish to inform some participants that are yet to confirm their scholarship offer to check their emails and respond immediately.

The names with an asterisk (*) are pending disbursement due to errors in banking details or yet to be confirmed pending resolution by the affected candidates. If these candidates do not resolve such issues within ten working days or provide alternate banking details matching the applicant’s name, the scholarships will be forfeited and the candidate will be replaced. We will keep monitoring these names to ensure they are not fraud-related.

Note that this list does not include the names of students who retained their existing scholarships.

We wish to encourage other candidates who didn’t make the final selection to pursue their education with great hope even as we aim to reach more students in the next batch starting later in the second half of 2022.
