Effective Communication Examples:
Login Issue:
- I cannot log into my account because I forgot my password. I have tried resetting it, but I am not receiving the reset email. My registered email is [your email address].
Referral Issue:
- I participated in the referral program but haven’t received my bonus points. I referred three friends last week. My email address is [your email address].
Application Submission Problem:
- I’m experiencing an error when trying to submit my scholarship application. The error message says ‘Submission Failed.’ I have filled out all required fields. My account email is [your email address].
Document Upload Issue:
- I am unable to upload my transcripts to complete my Pre-Selection. The system shows an ‘Upload Error.’ I have tried different browsers. My registered email is [your email address].

Instead of: “Hi”
Use: “Hi, I am unable to access my dashboard after logging in. It shows a blank page. My email is [your email address].”
Instead of: “I have a question, can I ask it here?”

Hi, Good evening I’d like to lodge a complaint about my aptitude test showing pending and also about the documents that we were asked to submit I submitted my student ID card but my academic transcript is not ready yet. Although I explained that my academic transcript is not available currently so I’ll like to know if I’ll be pardoned.
Hi Abigail, I had similar issue but I found out it’s because I didn’t confirm my submission after taking the test. However, a remedy was made available.
Go to your dashboard and scroll down. You will find the “confirm submission” button in red. I hope it’s still there though.
