To enhance the accuracy and efficiency of this vital step, we are excited to invite interested and qualified students to join our network of Document Verification Personnel across tertiary institutions in the country.

Responsibility:

As a Document Verification Personnel, you will play a crucial role in the scholarship application process. Your primary responsibility will be to verify the identity and information provided by scholarship applicants.
By conducting thorough document verification, you will help us ensure that funds are disbursed to truly deserving candidates, making a positive impact on their educational journey.

Eligibility:

Are you a current student at any of the tertiary institutions covered by the College Relief Fund?
We are looking for individuals like you, who are enthusiastic about creating a fair and transparent scholarship process. You will have an added advantage if you are:

• A Course Representative
• A Faculty Representative
• An MSc Student who graduated from the same institution, or
• Have access to necessary faculty.

Your dedication and passion for helping fellow students will make you an ideal candidate.

Remuneration:

Your efforts as a Document Verification Personnel will not go unrewarded! We understand the importance of recognizing your contributions, and thus, the College Relief Fund will provide cash incentives based on the number of students referred to you for verification.
Your remuneration will be based on the total number of candidates sent for verification, regardless of the verification outcome.
Each case you handle can earn you between N500 and N1000, ensuring that your dedication is valued and appreciated.

Confidentiality:

We recognize the significance of confidentiality in this role. As a Document Verification Personnel, you will work with the highest level of anonymity to protect the privacy of all candidates and their information.
To ensure your own anonymity, rest assured that a list of candidates will NOT be published to maintain the necessary confidentiality needed for this crucial task.
