CRF Vacancy For Document Verifiers

We are excited to announce that the application portal for Document Verification Personnel for the 2025 Batch A is now open!

This year, in response to the recent USAID FUNDING PAUSE (announced HERE) by the Second Trump Administration, we are reconfiguring our selection process. Instead of selecting verifiers on a per-institution basis, we are now assigning Document Verification Personnel to cover each state of the Federation, including the FCT. This change is designed to ensure comprehensive and efficient verification across Nigeria.

Why This Change?

Due to the funding cuts affecting USAID-supported projects, our program has had to adapt. By covering each state rather than individual institutions, we can streamline our operations and guarantee that every region receives the attention it deserves. In order to compensate for the extra workload and the additional transportation costs incurred, remuneration has been significantly increased. Successful verifiers will now receive incentives ranging between N1,500 and N3,000 per verified applicant.

About the Role

As a Document Verification Personnel, you will be responsible for:

• Verifying Submitted Documents: Ensure that all applicant documents are authentic and match the information provided on the CRF portal.
• Maintaining Confidentiality: Work discreetly and uphold the highest level of anonymity to protect the integrity of the process.
• Covering Your State: This year, you will represent your state (or FCT), allowing us to extend our reach across Nigeria.

Who Should Apply?

• Current Students: You must be an active student in a Nigerian tertiary institution.
• Community Leaders: Preference may be given to class representatives, course representatives, or those who have direct access to faculty resources.
• Detail-Oriented Individuals: Accuracy and discretion are key, so ensure you have a keen eye for detail and are willing to work confidentially.

2. Submit Your Application: If your institution has an open slot, click the application link and fill out the form with your details.
3. Complete the Process: Ensure that your information is accurate and up-to-date—this is critical for smooth processing and to prevent delays in the selection process.
