CRF 2022 Batch “B” Scholarship Awardees
We are once again happy to release another list of scholarship fund beneficiaries of the College Relief Fund program. This is the 5th instalment of the main scholarship disbursement, including some mini-disbursements over the years since its inception in 2020.
Taking a need-based-first approach and other merit-based criteria, the most at-need candidates were identified. While there was no cut-off mark, most male beneficiaries scored above 60% while females scored at least 50%.
Some significant statistics to note include:
a. ~80% of awardees were from public higher institutions of learning.
b. ~55% were from universities.
c. ~40% were female students.
c. ~95% scored at least 50% in the Aptitude Test.
The College Relief Fund Scholarship does NOT take into account the tribe, state/region, or religion of participants.
Apart from the need-based-first approach, characteristics such as gender, sessions in school and socioeconomic status are graded and factored in for consideration and verification.
All information provided by Tentatively Selected candidates were also further scrutinized against real-life data. This includes school fees (as provided by applicants against actual fees payable in the student’s school), average monthly expenses, average accommodation costs and other relevant information.

If these candidates do not resolve such issues within ten working days or provide alternate banking details matching the applicant’s name, the scholarships will be forfeited and the candidate will be replaced. We will keep monitoring these names to ensure they are not fraud-related.
This list does not include repeat beneficiaries.
