The issue I have about this data rebate is that, it shouldn’t be compulsory that we make use of the registered number, for the data rebate. And this is because, for someone like me, I don’t use it to browse (it’s just my hotline) and also, its network capacity is slow. I have another mtn line I browse with. But I have been restricted to use the number I registered with. Please can something be done about this?

I was not able to attempt the CRF test because there was a pop up that said I am not eligible cos I did not follow instruction.
I even choose a date. I mentioned this in the email I sent regarding issue encountered during the test but I still could not re attempt.
