- Total Activity Points: You will be required to provide your Total Activity Points. Make sure you know your accurate total before filling out the form, as this is essential to determine your eligibility.
- Accuracy is Key: Provide the most precise and truthful information when filling out the form. Inaccurate or incorrect details may affect your rebate processing.
- Registered Phone Number: The data rebate will be credited to the phone number you registered with. Kindly note that you will not be able to update or change this number during the application process.
