Enrollment is open to all Nigerian students who:

• Are currently studying in an accredited University, Polytechnic / Monotechnic, or College of Education (public or private) within Nigeria.
• Have not been placed on academic probation at any time due to poor grades.
• Are not in their final year of study unless otherwise stated (see Final Year Guidelines).

1. No Payments Required – Registration, enrollment, document verification, and aptitude testing are completely FREE. Do not pay anyone who claims they can influence the process.
2. Transparency Guaranteed – Selection is strictly based on eligibility, verification, and test performance. Neither CRF nor its partners can guarantee that every applicant will qualify or receive funding.
3. Data Support – To ease the cost of internet access, some applicants will receive a free data rebate from our network partners at the end of the testing period. Network choice may vary with each application cycle.
