Dear applicants, the 2022 Batch B Applicantion window is coming to an end soon and as such, we will like to outline the timetable of events to expect in the coming weeks regarding your current applicantion.
This timetable will serve as a timeframe guide to highlight key stages until disbursements.
Hence, we have highlighted the next couple of major events and the approximate timeframe in the timetable below.
APPLICANTION CLOSES (SATURDAY 15TH OCTOBER)
The current Applicantion window will close on the 15th of October. While this move may not have much impact if the ASUU strike action persists, this will serve as notice to applicants to get their necessary documents available for Document Verification Stage if Pre-Selected. PRE-SELECTION, DOCUMENT VERIFICATION & TEST ENROLLMENT BEGINS (2WEEKS) (17TH – 30TH OCTOBER)
After vetting applicants for the Batch B, few will be Pre-Selected to ENLIST for the Document Verification and to select a Preferred Test Date.
Documents needed for this stage include a Photo of your Most Recent Result, or a valid explanation in it’s absence.
APTITUDE TEST DATES (1ST-5TH NOVEMBER)
This batch, the Aptitude Test will run from a Tuesday to a Saturday as against earlier custom of only weekdays. Candidates are expected to write on their chosen test dates.
RESULTS PUBLISHED AND FEEDBACK PORTAL OPENED (7TH MAY)
The results of all applicants should have been released on or before this date, with the Feedback Portal open to receive feedback from applicants.
DISBURSEMENT & DATA REBATE
Disbursement of scholarship funds are expected to commence on the 14th of November to successful candidates as will be announced.
MTN network users can also apply for Data Rebate. Note that Data Rebate will only be available to MTN users who applied with their MTN Lines.
